Your question is too vague, as there are different voltage, capacity, and cell technologies to fit different needs. What might be the perfect pack in regards to performance for Person A's gun might not be the right pack for Person B's gun as they might be seeking different attributes, not to mention their budgetary and size constraints.

A G&P pack will be fine.

I have been seeing a lot of guns that have had the gears stripped due to people useing larger and larger bats. just make sure your gun can take the stress if you plan on putting in a larger bat pack.

I just got 5000mAh 10.8V 9 CELL NiMH. How long should I charge with my smart charger?

What charger do you have specifically?

If it is a smart charger, it should have a NiMH charging profile, a setting you can choose. It will then self-detect when the battery is fully charged within a small error window, so you shouldn't really have to worry about the time as it will notify you and shut down or go into a low-charge mode when it detects the battery pack has peaked (is charged). This is assuming you do indeed have a 'smart' charger.
