Most defiantly. Weather isn't really a problem for most people, we played at Texas paintball last weekend in 40 degree weather all day.

We played this past years Bulldog in cold rainy weather

Unless its lightning in the immediate area or just so flooded that the AO is unusable we typically play rain or shine. Alot of folks will opt out when its a lil wet but some of us still attend. I just couldn't for this particular date because of a prior engagement.

Looking out the window though I wish I could have gone, its a nice skirmish day

Likely San Antonio and Houston players, there could also been people that didn't announce they knew of this forum, and sometimes even random paintball players will come out to try airsoft since they know the paintball field and have heard of airsoft occurring there.

At any rate. The fighting went something like this:

Game 1: 2 teams in the City. Objective was to hold the chopper at the end of 45 minutes. We had unlimited respawns. My team won first round.

Game 2: Same as game one but the teams switched sides. My team won again, this time we pushed the enemy force back to their spawn point. We pulled back giving the enemy a chance to actually fight back. They pushed hard but still never took the objective from us.

Game 3: Defend Alpha. My team set up a good perimeter in the base with 2 spotters in the tower. We had 2 5 man fire teams head out into the brush to intercept flankers. The fire teams would have been more effective with radio contact. What ended up happening was that we picked up very few attacks on the actual base. But the fire teams did intercept enemy flankers well before they reached the base. An enemy team did set up a command center at "Kill house". But ultimately we won with ease.

After game 3 I left.
