Pros: Feeding well so far; cheaper than TM 600rd AK47 mag
Cons: Poor material quality; poor design practices on baseplate

In comparison to TM AK47 hi-caps, I can\'t say the performance is any worse or any better at this point. This mag is feeding well thus far and no different than the TM mags from what I\'ve noticed.

However, the build quality is not quite on par with the TM mags. Mainly, I am unhappy with the baseplate design. Instead of closing off the edges of the sheetmetal, they left a free edge which can snag on pouches and be bent easily. This of course is a reasonably sharp piece which can cause injury to the user. I cut this strip of thin metal off. The other problem with the baseplate is that there is no recess around the winding wheel, so it is difficult to wind the mag. Those two items have caused me to remove the baseplate.

Overall, if you want to save a little money in comparison to the TM mags and can deal with some quirks, these mags might be right for you.
