Pros:

Brittle, expensive
Can\'t say I\'ve had a good experience with the Systema tappet plates. Since they are more brittle than the stock TM tappet plates, I\'ve had them break, whereas the TM stock ones are more flexible and have held up much, much longer for me.
Currently, I recommend sticking with the stock TM tappet plate.
