Pros:

Metal threaded inserts; wire routing easier than stock TM grip; nice finish; durable plastic

Cons:

Doesn\'t fit quite as flush to receiver as stock grip (small cosmetic gap, not functional issue)
|

With much nicer cosmetics than the stock TM grip, the main feature are the metal screw inserts. These will ensure your motor plate screws stay where you want them, unlike the common problem of the plastic threads stripping on the stock grips.
