Huge plastic fun to hurl at people from a shotgun or M1 carbine, these BBs have a smooth finish and appear to be well-made. I do not recall any seam lines or injective marks. Unfortunately, I did not take the time to evaluate them dimensionally for roundness and consistency, but with few other 8mm BBs on the market, it isn't like you have much choice. These are a good product with just a low score because of the price.
