Description:
|
A WW2 and Korean war item unique to the Marines. It is a three pocket hanging carrier made of canvass and dyed in the traditional Olive Drab army shade 107. It contained six grenades, two in each pocket. It was generally attached to the pistol belt on the right leg and hung down the thigh (Lyles, 1992:27).
