The CA Taktik II is a replica of the H&K G3 SG1.
I recieved this rifle the day of Op. Urgent Fury. So keep in mind all performance is indicated with no break in period.
I used a 3300 ma battery at the Op. I ran approximately 300 rounds through it before the Op began. The Taktik has great range and accuracy. I was setting targets through my 8x10 scope at 80 meters and was hitting dead on. Throughout the Op, I was able to adjust my fire and hit targets at a max range of about 100 to 110 meters.
What really impressed me was the iron sights, they are dead on. An H&K Claw rail will allow you to set a scope above the iron sights. I use this set up, and it allows close range accuracy with long range visibility at the same time.
The rifle is advertised at 320 fps, but chrono'd at 298 fps. I have yet to determine the rate of fire.
This rifle is built well. Only mishap noted when I leaned it up against my car (months later) and it fell, breaking the buttstock at the screw in points. This was easily fixed with some epoxy.
The built in bipod is an awesome accessory. Easily deployable, and retractable. No sticking. Great for emplaced combat.
