Description: This replica is a full metal version of Colt's famous M1911 .45 ACP pistol. It shoots in the 300's, kicks like a mule, and has quite a sound when fired. Loud and boisterous, this replica packs a whallop, and with two simple to load fifteen round single-stack magazines, you've got a great package. Looks, feel, weight, accuracy, and power make this 1911 an excellent skirmish pistol. -End sales pitch

Pros: FULL METAL, Weight, Feel, Sound, Kick, FPS, Accuracy, it's a 1911, price, TWO mags!
Cons: Only 15 round mags, stiff safety, chessy fake wood grips, reliablity, metal quality, and consumption/cool down

I haven't fielded it yet, but, I put one mag through it, and that was enough to give me a great impression. I shot at a 1'x1' target in the dark from twenty feet, and hit it almost every time. It acted very much like a 1911. It kicked, and it was rather loud. Also, it was extremely accurate, just shooting from the hip ( I haven't even adjusted the hop-up yet) and it also seemed to be shooting in the 300's. Needless to say, if you are a 1911 fan/lover/addict, this gun is an excellent, efficient, and well-rounded skirmisher. Not to mention it's entirely metal! You can't go wrong here!

UPDATE: It's a bit late, but anyway, this model only lasted me about twenty mags worth before the consumption reached a tremendous level of about 3-6 shots on a full charge of GG. That and the pot metal barrel bushing has cracked, making the gun entirely useless. Granted, replacing the barrel bushing with a RS will fix that problem. As for consumption, replace the mag valves with TM ones. Also, be sure to check arniesairsoft.com for other things that need replacing. In summation, buy a TM; although it is plastic, it's far superior.

Pros: Nice weight, and feel, this gun has some major kick to it. High metal content.
Cons: Some what of a gas-guzzler.

This gun isn't all that bad. In fact, it's great. The only main parts that are plastic are the grip panels, which is of no concern, for they are almost the exact same brown plastic grip panels that the GI's used in WWII-Vietnam. The accuracy is very, very good. I've consistantly shot 3 magazines full of bb's, and have had all the bb's go through a hole in the target about the size of a silver dollar. If your going for the WWII thru 'Nam look, this gun is a must have.

Pros: Great kick, good feel.
Cons:

I don't perticularly have this exact gun, but the one I have is pretty much the same. Mine is all black and has a railed frame.

I have had the weapon for about 6 or 7 months now and it has held up nicely. I haven't had a problem with it yet. It has a great, real feel, and has a great kick. I've chronoed it and shoots right around 340-350fps depending on how cold it is outside. I got mine from Kapowwe when it was on sale. For $75, I got the pistol, 2 mags, and a case. Now, I think it goes for $99 for just the gun and mag. A great buy. I've had people want to buy it or get one like it.
