This movie is amazing. I have no words to describe the impact of this film. Oliver Stone does a hell of a job recreating Vietnam. The tumoil and tumultuousness of the squad's life depicted in the movie is awesome. Tom Berenger and Willem Dafoe are incredible. But I don't want to give away anything more. This is probably one of the best pre-OP movies to watch. Platoon is a must see!

This movie is absolutely incredible. Put together an excellent cast, director, and a great script, and boom! The best Vietnam war movie (In my book, but, hey Full Metal Jacket and Apoclypse Now are also awesome flicks). Four Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director really make this an outstanding film. No adjectives in my arsenal could describe it's awesomeness. Definitely a must see!
