Pros: Easy to use PTT, works on either ear, clear communication
Cons: Discomfort after hours of continuous use

After using this headset for several years, I dont see me going to anything new for a LONG time. I purchased mine second hand from a former teammate and was quite pleased with how it performed. I used it on an old Radio Shack FRS radio for a while until I moved to Texas and started using an Icom F4S-2 and the headset works very well with that too. It gets a little uncomfortable after wearing for several hours at a time....but barely noticable. The PTT is large enough to where you dont have to go looking for it when you really need it.....and small enough to where it doenst get in the way of anything else. It also has a clip on the back to aid in attachment to just about anything.

Overall....I would recommend this headset to anyone on a budget, but still wants a headset with seperate PTT.
