After carrying a 8.5lbs rifle with no padding on your shoulder it gets rather pain full, it could leave you with cramps, blisters and rashes.
So if you want a easer time caring your rifle then i would suggest the Remington Neoprene Rifle Sling.
This is one of the best slings I own. It is extremely comfortable and it really does absorb shock when you are walking.

The only thing this sling lacks is a swivel to attach to the rifle. Which is why I dropped the score 2 points. Because of it lack of compatibility with other guns.
How ever this gun WILL work with a M4(example) But you have to tie the sling to the gun rather than clipping it to the M4.
conclusion
I would recommend this sling to any body that wants a very comfortable and reliable sling.
