The Thorogood 8" Force Recon boot features a highly sculpted upper to fit the human foot and lower leg perfectly. This provides natural flex points where the foot and ankle bend.

Wrapped suede collars provide the necessary friction to keep BDUs and uniform pants securely bloused. Also, a Polyurethane midsole proves to be biomechanically superior to EVA or solid rubber midsoles. It attenuates shock and never loses its compression. Removable, built-up polyurethane cushion footbed completes the shock attenuating outsole system. Vibram Trail Run outsole designed for all terrain purposes, features non-loading tread pattern with multi-directional cleats to maximize traction and lateral stability.
