This is the IDF combat Medic vest. which has two special pockets for IV solution bags, one on each side.
Constructed of the same material as the other IDF vests and with many of the same pouches, pockets, nooks and crannies, the medic vest has two front pouches which will hold 3 M16/ AR, FN, G3, or AK magazines.
The two rear IV solutions bag holders with a quick lower release strap. And various pouches of different sizes to accommodate the various medical gear
