Description:
|
Developed for the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne, the jumpable pack is for carrying
most portable models of communications gear in use today. This pack is designed
to be jumped upright and features metal friction adapters for attaching to the
parachute harness. Back and shoulder strap padding provided with 3/8" closed
cell foam. There are access ports on top for antenna and hydration bladder
drinking tube. Four outside pockets are provided for spare battery, handsets
and antenna. Alice clip webbing is is provided on the face of the front zippered
compartment. Constructed using 1000 denier DupontŠ CorduraŠ. Currently in
use by the U.S. Army, Naval Special Warfare, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps,
and the Canadian Government. There are over 1,000 of these in active military
service.
