One tube (if they're about the size of 10 round paintball tubes) can carry about 300 BBs and allow for quick reloads of hicaps.

Bear is correct. Those are stock-class 10 round paintball tubes equiped with after market speed caps. They make for quick reloads of high caps or, in my case, large box mags for the SAW.
