Move the radio pouch higher up on the setup. The tension on the Otto was just enough to unplug you a good three times during gameplay. The Otto is great, but the plug-in location on that radio does nothing to secure its connection.

Is that an original FAPC or FAPC-2?

Laphta,
I'm on it.
BL,
To be honest I'm not entirely sure... I'm going to make a wild guess and say FAPC-2 simply because it was ordered direct from Diamondback very recently.
This setup is the small (8x10 plate) FAPC in conjunction with the Fast Attack Rack. The rig doesn't have anything on it that identifies it as an FAPC-2 so thats pretty much all the info I can give.
