HammerHead Legendary Covie Slayer Registered: August 2003 Location: San Antonio, TX Posts: 1,825	A square of hook side fastener is attached at the 6 o'clock position below the watch. It is stitched only on the sides, not the top and bottom. The openings at top and bottom allow the pile side fastener to slip under the hook side. The pile side fastener is then doubled back over itself and fastened to the hook side. Custom made watchband to accommodate my Timex Compass Maratac ACQ. The design was based on Eagle Industries' watchband. Because the Maratac ACQ's bracelet pins cannot be removed it was necessary to create a design which would allow me to weave a retaining strap through the bracelet pins.
