Village F.O.G. Sneaky Gun Registered: May 2006 Location: Austin, TX Posts: 555	Somebody asked to see my home charging solution with the Triton battery charger. I cut the wiring on the original alligator leads and spliced in large Tamiya connectors. Using stackable test bench banana plugs I made another harness to plug into the Samlex 4-amp bench top power supply. The Samlex line of PSUs are available at Frys, and this particular model was $29. The Triton did not come with battery-side leads so I made those with additional banana plugs, also from Frys. While a 3-amp power supply would be sufficient for a max NiMh charge rate of 2.5 amps, I went for the 4-amp model to help ensure that the PSU would stay cool.
