Your bipod is to high, thus putting you in an unconformable position. Your holding your chest off the ground with your arm. The lower you are to the ground you get more accurate shots.

I was doing target practice before I decided to take a picture. I had to move quick because my phone has a short timer, so that's why I am not positioned correctly.
