Actually that's the Piper's Precision Products Venom. The internals are basically a scaled down version of the M-134A components, but its appearance and design is based off an actual weapon that was rumoured to being devoloped by Germany at the end of World War II. Fortunately it never went any further than just being engineering drawings!

Did the engineering drawings call for it to be silver-colored? 
Also, can you point me to info to read on this gun, besides Return to Castle Wolfenstein?

Those are the bite size equivelent of a FULL SIZE minigun. I respect that just as much as the big one, dont wanna go against him in a CQB!

Considering it most likely wouldn't be allowed in a CQC environment, I think it's safe to say you'll be fine.
