Looking for someone in Killeen area to work on gun

Howdy fellas. I'm looking for someone in the Killeen area to do some upgrade work for me. I already have a list of parts and will be ordering them in the next couple of days. The hardest part of the job would be rewiring the entire rifle. It's a CA M15A4 Tac Carbine. I will pay for all parts and will also pay the laborer which will be discussed in a one-on-one basis.

Pickup at Fort Hood is necessary but I will pay for gas and if you're lucky, lunch. Wink-wink, nudge-nudge.
