Quick Question for AUG owners.

Can someone please measure the length of the rail on top of an AUG for me? (The kind with the rail, not he built in scope)

I just got rid of mine last week but I believe that it's 10 inches long. I put my scope on it just for he-haws and the scope was about an inch or so longer than the rail.
