necroticism

Any WW2 fanatic out there that strives for more realism (a departure from Day of Defeat and Call Of Duty) will absolutely adore Red Orchestra! No ammo counters, no seemingly infinite health, no mystical crosshair floating on the screen. Just you, your chosen rifle and up to 30 (I think) of your allies engaging in battles all across the eastern front of WW2. RO's designers paid very close attention to detail including things such as bullet drop and target leading, to bleeding out and fatigue. All the weapons are faithfully rendered with 3D Iron sights and scopes, which you must use because there is no crosshair! A touch that I appreciated the most.. The vehicles are all also faithfully recreated, each one having accurately represented armor values, gun penetration values and wonderfully reproduced 3D interiors, weapons sights, and cupolas.
Any fan of online WW2 FPS games, or any fan of WW2 gaming period. will love this, and I highly reccommend picking it up immediately.
