Upgrades for psg1

What parts do i neeed to upgrade a psg1 to about 400 fps. Do i only need a spring or do i need to get the works? The works being a ftk.

As for your original question, usually a spring and metal bushings is all you need to reach a velocity of 400 FPS. However, I do not have any personal experience with the PSG1 to say that with absolute confidence.
