Sounds like we'll be having a good turnout this Sunday (rain or shine it looks like we've 12 F.O.G., 12+ SF-1, plus many Whiskey and unaffiliateds). In anticipation, I wanted to see if Barry, Agro, Wolv or the OP organizers had mission ideas they wanted to "play test" prior to OP:SD?

If not, I'd be happy to come up with a few missions that'd be worthy of the # of attendees. Anyone with suggestions or preferences can post them here.

Area defense.

Other than that, I'd rather not post other suggestions here due to wandering eyes.

Prefer not to use random unrelated mission cards.

I absolutely want to play the following [like that means anything :p]:

Start BluFor [60%] in the parking lot.
Start OpFor [40%] anywhere in the west side of the field south of the northern rock wall.

BluFor's job is to capture all the flags [already fashioned] attached to all the waypoints in the SW and West part of the field.

Time limit: 1.5 or 2 hours.
Respawns: every 10 minutes from predesignated spots [I have the stopwatches and flags]. OPFOR's respawn points CAN be captured.

1. This will give a SF1 a chance to practice attacking and being mobile on a relatively unknown field.
2. SF1 and others will be able to locate ALL the points on that side of the field.
3. Since BluFor is not limited in strategy or constrained by physical limits, the CO will be able to practice implementing various battlefield tactics.

*I say we begin this PROMPTLY at 1300. Whoever is late can jump in at a respawn station.

Seattle, Portland, SF, LA, Diego, Helena, Boise, SLC, Vegas, Santa Fe, Dallas, Phoenix, El Paso, Laredo, Houston
