I found a site that carries a velcro panel that can attach to molle gear. It's similar to an Admin pouch without the flashlight and mapholder. Forgive me if these are common knowledge.

I'm currently using this patch panel but your find looks a lot better since they come in different shades/color.

I have one from the Supply Captain. Much better then the Blackhawk one I used to have.
