Dumped the Threaded/hybrid mode

It appeared that the threaded/hybrid viewing modes were causing more confusion and chaos than benefit. To that end I kill them and went back to the old system. So now you dont have to pick a post to reply to....just type in the quickreply at the bottom.

Awesome, I had switched back to linear mode anyway, hybrid was killin me.
