is this a good upgrade??

Hello,

My friend just ordered an AK-47 with the following upgrade: Aluminum piston and piston head.....m120 spring, cylinderhead and nozzle, 6.04 barrel, torque up gears, EG 1000 short motor, metal bushings.
Is this a good and complete upgrade? I dont know what all that stuff is or does.

Yes, it should greatly increase the durability of his gun and get it shooting around 400 fps.
