good upgrade

Once I get my new gun, i am looking at buying some upgrades for it. I can not find any state side retailers that sell very many upgrades. You guys know any place that sell some? Also, I don't know too much about upgrading, what do you guys think is a good upgrade for 375-400 Feet Per Second. Thanks
