Does anyone know where I can buy battery wiring? I am in the Fort Hood area, anything out to austin would be OK.

It depends where the wiring needs replacing. If in the mechbox, the space is limited so a certain gauge of wire is the limiting factor. Outside of that, splicing in wire would be fine, so wiring from a R/C hobby store would be a quick fix, like Dean's wire. If you wanted it clean/factory-looking, a wiring harness can be purchased from Airsoft retailers.
