Which BDUs in terms of comfort and durability be better, 100% cotton or Poly/Cotton BDUs?
All of my BDU's are 100% cotton ripstop. They're VERY comfortable and quite durable. I'm not quite sure about poly/cotton blends, perhaps someone else has some experience with them.

South Texas - the less polyester, the better. Stay away from blends. Buy 100% cotton ripstop, whenever possible.

Hmm. . . I just got a set of Nylon/Cotton 50/50 Ripstop BDUs. . . we'll see how those work out. . .

In my experience, poly cotton blend BDU's are more for dog-n-pony show units as they are less likely to fade/wrinkle easily. Think in terms of private security service or maybe even some local PD's? Just my .02 though.

The thing is, does it make it any less serviceable?
