The ICS version of the M4A1 at our local shop has a selector for the length of the stock. Does the Tokyo Marui have this same capability?

Adjustable stock? Yes, the TM does.

All the Marui collapsing stocks are 4 position, except for the new M4S which has a 6 position. The ICS ones are also 6 position.

It wouldn't surprise me though if Marui starts putting the 6 position version on all of their models though.
