05-11-2003, 09:58 PM
Meeting time 4pm
Night Missions included

Will you be attending?
What scenarios would you like to play?
What game elements would you like to see incorporated?
Will you be bringing any friends?

05-21-2003, 12:19 PM
Hey Jay!
I will definately be there! Seeing that the next day is father's Day I deserve a break.
I would love to run the bucket scenario, since I haven't done this won.
I don't think I can round up any players.

05-21-2003, 01:31 PM
1. More than likely.
2. Unknown at this time.
3. E&E
4. Yep, a bunch of 6mm hermanos.

1. Looks like I won't be making it.

06-08-2003, 07:34 PM
Im going to definately try to make it. Probably bringing some friends too.

06-09-2003, 01:33 PM
1. As of now, I'll be there
2. I'd like to see some V.I.P. missions, and Assasin type with a few people VS. the rest of the crowd. If anyone has a briefcase that can somehow electronically attach a strobe light, we can play a "Defuse the Bomb" type of scenario.
3. Lets stay away from Hay Bale only games..too paintballish for me, and you shoot to many BBs.
4. Nope, no friends..

06-09-2003, 05:21 PM
1) Not going to make it. Work. Wish I could.
2) NA
3) NA
4) NA

06-09-2003, 07:57 PM
1. You bet you sweet bippy I will!
2. The kinda were I get to say "Laugh it up fuzz ball"
3. See above
4. Friends? what are those?

06-10-2003, 05:32 PM
I'm not a big fan of night OPs, so I'll be sitting this one out.

2) attack and defend, woodland. whatever is good there.

3) i have no idea

4) i will see if my friends have money seeing as how i am the only one out of the bunch who brings in money.

06-10-2003, 08:38 PM
1. I will definately be there.
2. I don't know.
3. I'd like to play in the northeast woods and some haybales.
4. Yes, two.

06-11-2003, 03:59 PM
i am going

06-11-2003, 04:20 PM
1. I will be there.
2. Don't know.
3. Don't know.
4. Negative ghostrider, the pattern is full.

If possible, I will need to borrow or rent an AEG for this game. Since none of the normal loaners (obs, wolv, agro) are going to be making it, I'd appreciate it if I can borrow a gun from some other random player with extra gear.

Not going...

This night op was prompted by your request.
Te shall be shot-eth.

I think you were looking for "Thou", but kind of mixed it up will "Ye". Silly Jay. :o
For thy crimes of butchery of thine language, thou shalt be sentenced to oblivion! :D

I'll try to attend, but I have to take my stupid ACT (yeah I r S-M-R-T so I'm taking it) the same morning... Blarg.

1, probably.
2, ones that don't require circling the entire map. *cough cough*
3, ones where I actually get to shoot people.
4, nope.

Yeah, yeah, I know. :P

My kids came down a bit earlier than usual, and I would rather hang out with them! :D

is anybody going to be selling .25 bb's at the feild. i am running real low and would be increadibly thankful it somebody where to help me out.

06-13-2003, 07:40 PM
Any body heard anything about the weather tomorrow? It rained pretty hard today..

<gnashes teeth>

"Is anybody going to be selling .25 bb's at the field? I am running really low and would be incredibly thankful if somebody were to help me out."

Good God.

By the way, Alex, your signature also needs work. The comma belongs before the word "but." No offense or anything, but that post was the most heinous affront to the English language I've seen on the forums in quite some time.

Looks like I will be bringing my sniper rifle out this time for kicks and use an AK for "backup" but need to borrow a AK hi-cap if someone is feeling generous enough.

SELF EDIT: Had to correct myself before our resident "grammar nazi" did.

06-14-2003, 02:19 PM
Grammar is spelled with two A's. :D

06-14-2003, 03:04 PM
It looks like I will be coming a couple hours late if at all. Family obligations suck :(

06-14-2003, 10:02 PM
I had to pass... I've been sick as crap all day. :(

06-14-2003, 11:38 PM
The night game sucked. We had a horrible turnout and it was mighty hot today. We played 2 haybale games, and one move to contact. After that, the few people who were there dwindled away and the four predominant Apoc members went for dinner at The Salt Lick...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Next time you guys schedule a night game, SHOW UP!!!

06-15-2003, 01:26 AM
The same could be said for the day games....Perhaps some of the people who have attended everygame for the past few month are taking a break. Most of the whiskey guys were at Jasons birthday party.

06-15-2003, 01:57 AM
you're very right, Obsidian...i am guilty of not attending regular games the last few months...oh, and Happy Birthday Jason!! :D

06-15-2003, 12:33 PM
Yea... the turnout was terrible, but I still had fun at the end of the day, playing the last game. ;)

06-16-2003, 09:06 AM
Yeah, I love it when I find out that I am the last person to know I'm having a birthday party. :) Obsidian and my wife got me good with that one. :p

A lot of thing make sense now that seemed a little odd last week. Like Whiskey 'boycotting' the game this weekend, and my wife getting overly worried when I told her I was renting xbox games to play with the kids on Saturday... haha, good one guys. :)

06-16-2003, 09:48 AM
You should have peeked at the right side of the screen at the main page :p

Nobody from Whiskey came to the game because they had a surprise (was it?) b-day party for Agro, so he was wondering why all of Whiskey made up reasons not to go...;)

06-17-2003, 11:55 AM
Yep, Monster has it. And yes, it was a surprise! :)

06-17-2003, 12:35 PM
It was hilarious because I show up at the door and he looks at me and says "Whats up?" .....kinda like hey what do you want....then he looks beyond me and there are all these people behind me...then he says OH my god hehe.

She knew that you would rent Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball! :o

Wait no, you bought that one. ;)

06-17-2003, 05:51 PM
Haven't even played that one yet. :o

Though XXXBMX was amusing for a while, hehe. Jiggly...:D

06-18-2003, 06:37 AM
You poor, poor man... :o

06-18-2003, 01:35 PM
Ok, but I'm curious if DOA: Volleyball is actually a good game beyond all the kidde female attraction.

And yes, Agrovale had to be confused why Whiskey wasn't attending since many of us are geared up to hunt at night. :D

06-18-2003, 02:19 PM
Not surprisingly, almost no one comments on how good the gameplay is in the reviews (which I only *very briefly* looked over, for obvious reasons), but I don't believe that it was very good.

Speaking of DOA:EBV, on CNN Hong Kong (I originally saw this video because it had Erick Wujcik in it, not because of DOA:EBV), they had a stereotypical-looking (I think they chose her because they knew she WAS a) lesbian PLAYING DOA:EBV, and they asked her if the game was her style of game. WHAT KIND OF RETARDED QUESTION IS THAT!?

If you're interested in watching it, here's the link: http://edition.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2002/kristie.lustout/

Click on the "Men's game: In the testosterone-pumped world of video games, what will it take to bring female gamers onto the field?" (the image next to it is from DOA:EBV, by the way)
