Just trying to get an idea of where it ranked compared to the other OPS

Had myself a very good time, albeit in a very different structure than I've been a part of in past ops.
I was surprised that we didn't use the south woods that much; the field was plenty big to support the amount of players which made it surprising that the forces encountered each other so much (by direction of the op organizer of course ;) ). There wasn't very much patrolling/unknowns as it seemed that we always had intel on where Opfor likely was and/or moving. In that regard, to me personally, it made the day into "walk/run over there, shoot something, now go over there, shoot something, now assault the shack". Not that any of that is a bad thing, but IMO there wasn't much apprehension from sneaking around and running missions that were to avoid contact and achieve something. One of the best missions from Op: RD was sneaking behind an enemy-held objective with the intent of assaulting and capturing it. We literally snuck in on them, were within 30 yards of constant enemy movement, outnumbered, and they had no idea we were there. Then, in crazy mode, we made a fast assault, and nearly pulled it off before getting held off only 10 yards short of the objective. Yeah, we all died, but it was a blast. Just one man's opinion, so take it with a grain of salt.
From what I saw, the maturity level and sportsmanship was solid, with very few complaints from either side, which is always good to see. Seemed like a lot of people enjoyed playing with people they normally didn't get a chance to, and that everyone had a good time.
BTW, Hydralyte is some good stuff. :D

I enjoyed the looser style of play and the fact that the event was geared more toward forcing engagements, than extensive role playing or 'missions impossible'. Both are great options (on a limited basis) for events involving more people (120-150) but would have dragged down OP:PD. I also appreciated the effort to genuinely challenge us.
On the whole, I have no real complaints to voice. I would like to see more staff at these events to keep things under control and will volunteer my own time to help out.

If you didn't like it, please let us know how we can make it better. We aren't going to get mad at you for voicing your opinion. :)

I really enjoyed myself and the Ops' style of game. The buzzers on the respawn were a nice touch, as was the medic boxes. I agree that we could have used the South woods for some more play, but my back wouldn't have forgiven you for a week :). The random intel drops added to the varied gameplay as did the mobile spawn point. It sure was nice to have cold water at the spawn points too! Perhaps the attendance numbers were too low to support roleplaying this time around, but I do hope that they will be included in future Ops.

Poll should have a "Better than Average" option.
Agree with Wolv's post.
Really had fun because there was a ton of trigger time. Would've liked to use more of the field, this only happens when the missions drive teams to.
There were actually a number of times where F.O.G. could've stayed in place and continued to slug it out, but instead chose to maneuver somewhere just so the game wouldn't bog down.
I've a few comments on the medic/respawn over in that thread.
Overall, I'd put this as a Top 5 OP, but not Top 3.

I have never been to another OP but this seemed to be run great. The first mission seemed much more well scripted than the 2nd (comleting an image was a nice idea but it wasnt as cool as the cannon satilite etc. kind of stuff) I have heard about other OPs and from what ive heard about them this one seemed to rate great comparitively. All in all I had a ton of fun. I look forward to the next.

I also have never been to an OP before, but I can say this was the most fun i've ever had playing airsoft. Of corse, until my gun broke :(
