Hey I was buying some gear and was wondering what dump pouch to buy.
Please let me know what you use/ what you think of the product if you don't mind. Also, a link to the item would be useful too.Sorry is this has been discussed before.

Thanks,
Knight

I currently use a Tactical Tailor Dump Bag:

I rather like it. Although, I have considered upgrading to a HSGI variant:

Lot of guys including myself use the Eagle Industries SAS Dump Pouch. You can run the as a leg rig, belt rig or on a modular system. I have also thought of going to the HSGI, but the Eagle does a great job.

Look under the new products section.

I have used an Eagle SAS dump pouch for quite some time and found it rather versatile, in that it easily fits all types of mags and a pretty good amount of them.

Recently, I've been trying a TT dump pouch, which I find easier to get mags into quickly, but it seems aimed at use with M4 mags, and once mags are in it, they aren't as easy to arrange to squeeze more in when compared to the Eagle pouch. It is still a good product IMO, and I like the elastic lips it has over the top.

I like either of these products because they can be worn as a leg rig or on your pistol belt.

Links are easily found through Google.

I used the TT dump for close to a year but recently switched to the Eagle. The eagle seems to be the better of the two. Its just a sturdier bag. The HSGI bag is top notch as is everything I have bought from them. I like my Eagle but would recommend the HSGI to anyone. They just make quality gear.

The Maxpedition Roly Poly looks intriguing. They come in 2 sizes, aren't very expensive, and when not in use roll up out of the way.

I use a Rolly Polly, and it doesn't quite get the job done as a dump pouch should. I'd recommend getting a drop leg dump pouch rather then a Rolly Polly or one of its variants (like the one manufactured by Eagle). I mostly use my RP for when I go skeet shooting.

Thank ya'll for your help. Sorry for waiting so long. I have another gear question, what kind of holster would you recommend for a M9?

I personally use a Blackhawk Special Operations Holster. It'll fit most large frame autos, including the M9. Once it's broken in it's a great holster, definitely the most comfortable one I've ever used.

For Airsoft, get what you can afford. Everyone will have their preference, based on needs, budget and “coolness”. I could easily tell you to only buy HSGI gear, but you’re carrying a BB gun, get what’s in your budget and what you think looks cool.

Let us know what you decide to go with.

On holsters, remember that alot of the cheaper holsters will press the mag release button. Losing $40 GBB mags is a definate bummer, so either buy a high quality holster or tape your mag in.

There is yet another company that makes Dump Pouches....I would suggest looking at Custom Tactical Creations. I bought one of thier dump pouches a while back and absolutly love it. It holds 8 AR mags with room to spare.
