Looks like some SA people *might* make it: http://www.ultimatewargames.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=400&highlight=&sid=58a29167369a707825909e93bc3b5361

I should be there, and Jay I'll bring your barrel. Wolv I'd like to play some more of your scenarios if you don't mind bringing the cards.

Benc64, Blizzard, Roofus, and I will be there. We wanted to try some trench war? I'm sure thats a common one for TXPB but we've never played there.

With the latest mobilization I am booked solid until sometime in July.

I have to play with real guns and tanks for a bit.

I have a soccer game at 11:00 so I will get there really late. Most likely around 1:00. This will be my first skirmish and I was wondering what I should do since I will get there late.

Skirmishing starts at 1pm. People get there around noon or so to gear up. Therefore, you won't be missing too much, if any skirmishes at all. Look for Airsoft players in the picnic table area.

If you do end up late:
1. Pay in front office ($10 field fee).
2. Gear up.
3. Look around the picnic table area for any other Airsoft players.
4. Proceed to don your sealed eye protection and head on down the main trail.
5. Look for Airsoft players on the Trench, Tower, or Crackhouse fields. Join them if they are there.
6. If no players at #5, proceed down to corner of the red/blue tournament paintball field and A-field (the woods on your left). More than likely, you'll run into Airsoft players at some point in doing so.
7. Additionally, if you have a radio, you can try scanning the FRS frequencies and listening to Airsoft chatter. I would suggest listening in to find out where people are, and then if you don't get any info, asking politely just once where people are playing at. Stay off the channels after that, as players don't want to be interrupted often.

Just my opinions, as others may have a better suggestion.

Thanks for the help. I am pretty familiar with TXPB so i do not think that i will run into any problems finding you all.

ya i'd show up but i lost my battery the other day at hunters so i was wondering it anyone had a spare mini battery laying around. it's probably unlikely but it's worth a shot just to ask. i already have one it's just that those batterys don't last for the whole day.

I'd like to come, but I'd have to be an observer only, no AEG yet and the wife might have a problem with me gone all day just watching a bunch of guys shooting at eachother without getting engaged on the field myself. but otherwise i want to be there. And she's pregnant

One more question on TXPB. Can my parents leave me there during the skirmish then come pick me up. I am 13.

It may be a bit far, assuming you are still in Killeen, if she is pregnant and needs assistance. Rental AEGs are available if you are interested in skirmishing.

http://www.txpb.com/FAQ.html ->
How old do I have to be to play paintball?
Players must be at least 10 years old, and a safety mask must be able to fit securely. All minors under 18 must have a release of liability form signed by their parent or guardian.

Does my child need adult supervision while playing?
Yes! We ask that children under the age of 14 have an adult on the premises.

AustinW, My wife is 13 weeks along, not too bad for leaving her alone. TXPB is closer to me then hunters' is and I am still in Killeen. If I come, will there be rentals there for those who don't have any available or do I have to ask in advance a day or two prior?

AustinWolv

space, typically, you need to contact any of the people in that thread, as people don't usually bring the rentals out without prior arrangement.

Hey Whiskey guys, Is there any chance that one of you coming to the game tomorrow could bring me an m16 hicap to borrow? As of now I only have one and not quite enough to buy one from airsoftworx. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to thank the Austin teams for hosting another great Airsoft day. It was VERY hot and humid but I still had a great time.

Thanks again,

Ralph (Chris B.)

Despite early humidity, followed by a very warm day out, there was some good Airsoft action.

Thanks to all those that came out.

We played several skirmishes on the trenches, crackhouse, and tower fields that resulted in plenty of action. One longish skirmish, which was a move-to-contact with 1 respawn allowed, was played in the woods.
