Radio suggestions

Looking for something in the price range of up to $60, that can support a headset and is good quality for the money. Tell me a little bit more about the FRS pros/cons.

FRS pro:

Cheap, easily obtainable and usable, anybody can use them

FRS con:

Can lose signal if in heavily wooded area or terrain with lots of elevation variance.
